Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Growth, Impact, and Transformation

As we close out 2025, Spathe Systems reflects on a year defined by meaningful growth, strategic wins, and transformational milestones. From advancing education and workforce development to securing major contracts, expanding our national footprint, and announcing a landmark merger, this year represents a pivotal chapter in our journey.

Every achievement in 2025 was driven by our people, our partners, and our unwavering commitment to supporting the most critical national security missions. Together, we strengthened our impact, deepened our relationships, and laid the foundation for an even more powerful future.

Investing in Education and the Workforce of Tomorrow

Education remains central to our mission. In 2025, Spathe Systems invested time, talent, and resources into initiatives designed to prepare and inspire the next generation.

We strengthened our fellowship programs and built meaningful partnerships with elementary, middle, and high schools across Florida. Initiatives such as the Great American Teach-In allowed Spathe team members, many of them veterans, to bring history to life, sharing firsthand perspectives on leadership, service, and civic responsibility that encouraged students to see themselves as future leaders.

Through the Blk Ops Veteran History Project, we amplified veteran stories and connected students with lived experiences that reflect resilience, innovation, and service. At the higher-education level, we were proud to support and host exceptional instructors at the Joint Special Operations University, reinforcing our belief that education unlocks opportunity and empowers individuals to thrive.

SOF for Life: Supporting Transitions, Building Futures

2025 marked yet another incredibly successful year for our SOF for Life Support Fellowship Program. Through this initiative, we had the privilege of supporting numerous transitioning military members from all services as they navigated their next chapter, providing mentorship, professional development, and real-world exposure to careers in government contracting and defense technology.

We are incredibly proud of the fellows who completed the program this year and wish them continued success as they move forward in their careers. Their leadership, adaptability, and commitment embody the very best of the SOF community. As we look ahead, we are energized to welcome a new cohort of fellows in 2026 and continue growing a program that delivers lasting impact.

Engagement Across the Defense and Academic Communities

Spathe Systems maintained a strong presence across key defense, technology, academic, and community events throughout 2025, reinforcing relationships and expanding our reach.
This year, we proudly participated in events such as:

• AFCEA International TechNet
• Shadow Warrior Association Tech Expo
• SOF Week 2025, marking another highly successful year of engagement with partners and mission stakeholders
• AUSA 12th SMA Jack Tilley Golf Tournament
• Women in Defense Greater Tampa Bay Luncheons
• The AUSA Suncoast Chapter 250th U.S. Army Birthday Ball

We also supported the USF IBL Film Festival, where our Director of Strategic Relations, Arthur “AC” Coley, joined retired Special Operations Forces senior leaders to celebrate the Veterans History Project documentary honoring Major James Capers. He is now officially approved to receive the Medal of Honor, recognizing his extraordinary courage and sacrifice!

Additionally, we hosted ECPI University for a virtual information session introducing students to careers in government contracting across cybersecurity, software, engineering, and business disciplines.

Each engagement reinforced our commitment to connection, mentorship, and service, both within the defense industry and beyond.

Contract Wins and Operational Excellence

2025 was a great year for contract growth and operational achievement. Among our most significant milestones:

• Our joint venture S3JV was selected as one of only five awardees on USSOCOM’s $400M MSOFS 2.0 IDIQ contract
• Spathe Systems was awarded multiple OASIS+ contract vehicles, including:
o OASIS+ Small Business
o OASIS+ 8(a) Small Business
o OASIS+ Full and Open (Unrestricted)

These wins were complemented by major certification achievements that underscore our commitment to quality, security, and process maturity:
• CMMI Services Level 3 Certification
• CMMC Level 2 Certification

Together, these accomplishments position Spathe to deliver scalable, secure, and mission-ready solutions across the defense enterprise.

National Recognition and Veteran Advocacy

Our dedication to veterans and the military community continued to earn national recognition in 2025. We were once again named a Military Times Best for Vets Employer and proudly received the 2025 HIRE Vets Medallion Award from the U.S. Department of Labor, marking our fourth consecutive year earning this prestigious honor.

These recognitions affirm our ongoing commitment to hiring, developing, and championing America’s veterans while fostering a culture where their skills and leadership are valued and empowered.

A Transformational Moment: Spathe + Quiet Professionals

The most significant announcement of 2025 marked a defining moment in our company’s history. McNally Capital announced the merger of its portfolio company Quiet Professionals with Spathe Systems, creating a combined platform positioned to become a leading provider of defense technology and operational support solutions with a specialized focus on the U.S. Special Operations Forces community.

“Quiet Professionals and Spathe Systems have both built tremendous reputations as trusted partners to the U.S. government and defense community. Through this merger, we are creating a platform that unites the best of both, expanding our ability to deliver integrated, technology-enabled solutions that support the most critical national security missions.”

This merger represents more than growth; it represents alignment, scale, and a shared commitment to mission success. Together, we are better positioned than ever to serve our customers, support the SOF community, and beyond.
