Richard Lamb Visits Spathe Systems

Spathe Systems was honored to welcome Command Sergeant Major (R) Richard “Rick” Lamb who recently met with Director of Strategic Relations, Arthur “AC” Coley, both highly decorated combat veterans. Rick, is a former member of the 75th Ranger Regiment, considered by his peers as one of the highest decorated veterans of our time. The two met to share memories, plan Veterans Day activities, and provide valuable insight to our younger staffers about the US Army Rangers and the 82nd Airborne Division victories during the D-Day invasion. To bridge the generational gap, it is vital to provide veterans with outlets to share their stories and youth engagement is essential to endure a lasting appreciation for the sacrifices these men and women have made for our freedom.

Rick Lamb also delivered on a special promise to his friend AC by jumping his retirement flag at most of the memorial locations in Normandy. He took pictures of himself with the flag in each location and presented that flag to AC during his recent visit. Now that flag is framed and proudly displayed at Spathe headquarters in Tampa, where it serves as a true heroic commemoration to our country. Thank-you Rick, it is truly an honor.
