As Director of Strategic Relations, Mr. Arthur “AC” Coley helps develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers all throughout the Federal Sector Business area both in Combatant Commands and Services and Agencies (CC/S’s/A’s). He also assists/supports operations of programs and is always on the move finding potential new solutions for Spathe customers.
AC’s distinguished career in government service spans over 40 years. Throughout his time serving, he wore many different hats including being the Command Sergeant Major of 112th Special Operations Signal battalion, U.S. Special Operations Command J6 Senior Enlisted Advisor, Department of Defense Civil Servant, and now a Defense Industry Contractor. AC has proven himself to be an exceptional leader within any space and has demonstrated his abilities to perform in high pressure environments.
Throughout his career, AC has earned many different awards and recognitions. He earned the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star during combat operations, the Outstanding Civilian Career Service Medal, along with numerous Interagency and International acknowledgements. Mr. Coley was also the first recipient of the Shadow Warrior Association’s leadership Award, a 112th Special Operations Signal Battalion Alumni Association honor that now bears his name in the title. (The “AC” Coley Lifetime Leadership Award.) He was also selected as a distinguished member of the US Army Signal Regiment. Most recently, AC and his military achievements have been added to the Dunedin History Museum where his career will be preserved and showcased for all to see.
Mr. Coley is a graduate of both the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy and Georgia Military College. He has also completed several courses in Small Business Administration, Scrum Master Management, and Airforce Advance Officers Communications. He is still a committed member of the SOF and Defense communities and has attended multiple diverse International and Interagency Department of Defense programs.
