Spathe Systems Attends MacDill Airforce Base’s Annual Tech Expo
This past Tuesday, Spathe Systems had the opportunity to attend MacDill Air Force Base’s Annual Tech Expo. Strongly supported and hosted by the local AFCEA chapter serving the Tampa / St. Pete area, this expo was a tremendous opportunity to interact
with key personnel from all the major commands and units that make up the Mac Dill Airforce Base Community. Being our first expo since 2019, we were eager to share our capabilities, culture, and mission that we have been working on building up over the last three years.
A total of eight Spathe employees came out to support and represent the company. Recruiter, Erika Roy and Executive Assistant, Nina Whatley manned the booth with smiling faces briefing attendees all about our company. Additionally, some of our upper leadership, including VPs, Russell Voce and Roger Jones answered technical and business-related questions as it pertained to our capabilities. While being largely a forum to show off the latest and greatest in technology, this expo also gave current military personnel the chance to seek out potential job opportunities once transitioning out of the Military. This was a great opportunity to not only promote our current job opportunities, but also give service members insight into Spathe Systems Military Transition Assistance programs. Furthermore, one of our current Interns, CW5 Jerry White, attended the event to share his experience of how valuable Military Transition programs are for current service members.

Overall, team Spathe had a wonderful time at this event. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to get back out there and spread our message after spending the last two years in quarantine. Thank you to MacDill and everyone who stopped by our booth to see what Spathe Systems provides to its unique customers.
